The opening event for the Pink Ribbon initiative was organized for the first time by the magazine Madonna and the Krebshilfe. In duty of the good cause appeared: Petra Morzé, Miriam Pielhau, Uwe Kröger, Nicole Beutler, Uschi Fellner, Jengis, Austrias political elite, Prof. Sevelda and many more. 5.000 Pink balloons carried the hope into the evening sky.
